What's the difference between a strip lash and a magnetic lash? 

Strip lashes are tradition false lashes that are applied with lash adhesive. They do not have any magnets on them and can be cleaned after removal to be applied again using lash glue. Magnetic lashes only work using our magnetic eyeliner. There are 5 tiny little magnets on the lashes that attract to the magnetic eyeliner. You cannot use one with the other and mix magnetic lashes with lash glue and strip lashes with magnetic eyeliner. They will not stick and will damage the lashes.

Do discount codes work on gift card purchases? 

No, promo codes are valid on most items in the store including sale items, however, gift cards are excluded from all site-wide and discount code promotions.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

How much is shipping and how long will shipping take?

Our processing time is 2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be mailed out and arrive within 2-5 business days for shipments within Canada, 3-8 business days within the United States and between 4-20 business days for international orders worldwide.

Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your shipment. Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed. Shipping is free for orders over $35 or a flat rate of $5 worldwide.

What if I am allergic to your product?

Although all of our products are suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin, we understand that everyone is different. Skin irritation may occur for different people. Always do a spot test with our magnetic eyeliners and lash adhesives on a small spot on your hand to test for allergies before using. If you feel any skin irritation, swelling or redness immediately stop using the product and rinse with warm water and soap. Consult a medical professional if needed.

What happens if my items are damaged?

If your items were delivered to you damaged, simply fill out our contact us form and we will gladly replace the items for you.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the item. All sales are final. However, if there are issues with your order or if they were damaged, please send us an email on our contact us page and we will work with you to see how we can fix the issue.
